We’ve introduced a new update to improve the payout experience for all users.
Before you can request a payout, the system will now automatically check if your invoice and tax information are complete. If any details are missing, you’ll be guided directly to update them — all from within the Balance section.
Individual Artists:
Tax registration is optional. You may enter “N/A” if you're not registered.
Label/Company Accounts:
Submission of valid tax details is mandatory.
Important: Always use your real legal name when updating your payment or tax info. Avoid using stage names or nicknames, as this may lead to payout delays or invoice mismatches.
