The Ad-Supported Service

Free to the end-user music streaming service, including banner advertisements and with the functionality set out below.

• Available on desktop and mobile devices on the following basis:
  • Desktop devices: on-demand functionality (on up to 10 devices)
  • Mobile devices: no on-demand functionality, ‘freemium’ radio service based on editorial playlists, daily recommendations feed, a maximum of 6 skips per hour, no rewind functionality
• Free to end-users
• Banner advertising
• No offline caching/tethered download functionality
• The low audio quality of 192kbps streams

The Premium Service

Paid music streaming service with the functionality set out below:

• On-demand functionality
• Users pay a monthly subscription fee
• Available on desktop and mobile devices
• Offline caching of tethered download functionality with offline streaming
• The standard audio quality of 320 kbps Streams
