1. Initiating Verification:

  • Upon requesting delivery, update, or takedown of content, you will be redirected to the "Current Order" tab.
  • Locate the "Proceed to Verification" button within the "Current Order" tab.

2. Veriff Verification Process:

  • Follow the steps provided during the Veriff verification process.

3. Approval and Proceeding:

  • After your verification is approved, you will be able to proceed with the delivery, update, or takedown of content.

  • The user must ensure that all information provided during the verification process is accurate and matches their identification documents.
  • To expedite the verification process, the user must ensure that their selfie and ID document are genuine.

Resolution

To enhance transparency regarding why such occurrences may arise, please review the following statuses sent to us by Veriff.

Status Types:

  • Approved: Veriff has provided a positive conclusive decision regarding your user status.
  • Declined: Veriff has provided a negative conclusive decision. This could indicate fraud detection or another serious reason for decline. Access to distribution, updates, and content takedowns will be blocked unless manually overridden by Omziki.
  • Resubmitted: A resubmission has been requested. The verification process remains incomplete; there were missing elements in the user's session necessitating a repeat of the process.
  • Expired: The session expires after 7 days unless a conclusive decision is reached before then. Verification status turns to expired if not accessed by the user. A new session must be created if they wish to retry.
  • Abandoned: Similar to expired, the abandoned status occurs after 7 days if the process is initiated but left unfinished. A new session should be initiated by the customer if they wish to retry.

Conditions for Approval:

Veriff approves when users provide:

  • Uploads of photos and/or a video
  • A valid document with readable and matching data
  • A clear, high-quality portrait photo
  • A portrait photo matching the user's document photo

Veriff declines when:

  • A physical document isn't used
  • Document tampering is suspected
  • Suspicious behaviors are detected
  • The user displaying the document doesn't appear to match the document photo
  • Velocity/abuse is observed
  • Known fraud is detected

Veriff requests resubmission when:

  • Videos and/or photos are missing
  • The customer's face isn't visible or clear
  • The full document isn't visible
  • Images provided are of poor quality
  • The document is annulled or expired
  • The document type isn't supported
  • The document has expired
