Description
Adaptr is a new API service offered by Feed Media Group with the aim of providing licensed music to services that want to include an interactive (i.e. on-demand) music experience within their app. Feed Media Group is also the provider of an existing service called FEED.FM, which provides non-interactive music services using the US statutory license in areas such as fitness, retail, or gaming.
Agreement particularities
Our new agreement for Adaptr grants Feed Media Group the right to sub-license our content to services that subscribe to a licensing plan. For example, Adaptr currently has a license in place with Oga Dance, a subscription-based interactive dance application. We will update the list of additional partners on our Help Center as they become available.
On the other hand, the Omziki agreement does not grant any rights to Feed Media Group in respect of Feed’s non-interactive FEED.FM service, nor any rights in respect of non-interactive music usage.
