These measures help us prevent fraud, protect artists, and ensure that payouts are processed accurately and without delays.
Identity verification is required when a user creates a release and has not yet verified their account.
To complete the process, you will be asked to:
Take a photo of your original physical ID document
(National ID, Passport, or Business Registration Documents)
Take a selfie

Photos of photos or screenshots of documents are not accepted and will result in rejection.
This process is only required once per account.
✅ Verified
Your identity has been successfully confirmed. You can proceed with your release and will not be asked to verify again.
❌ Rejected
The documents provided are invalid or do not meet the requirements.
If you believe this decision is incorrect, please contact our support team and provide valid documentation for review.
🔁 Resubmission Required
The result is inconclusive or there was a technical issue. You will need to restart the verification process.
To ensure smooth and timely payouts, users must also make sure that their payout details match their verified identity.
Please ensure that:
✔ Your Omziki account name matches your withdrawal account name (your legal name or registered business name).
✔ Your bank or payout method details are accurate and up to date.
✔ If applicable, your TIN (Tax Identification Number), Fiscal Identity Number, or VAT Number is added to your profile.
✔ Your account is fully verified under the Distribution section using your original identification documents.
For compliance and security reasons, Omziki can only process withdrawals where the account holder’s name, payout details, and verification documents match correctly.

Click SET UP PAYOUT.
Follow the on-screen steps to add your preferred payout option and complete your details.
Please make sure the name on your payout method matches your Omziki account name and your verification documents.
