Will my Omziki subscription auto-renew?

Your Omziki subscription must remain active to continue using the distribution service and keep your catalogue active.

When your subscription is due for renewal, you can renew through your Omziki account using an available payment method.

Where applicable, available royalty funds may also be used toward your subscription renewal.

Will I be notified before my subscription expires?

Yes. Omziki may send renewal reminders before and after your subscription expiry date.

These reminders are intended to give you sufficient time to renew your subscription and avoid interruption to your distribution services.

We recommend renewing before your expiry date to ensure uninterrupted access to your account and catalogue.

Can I renew my subscription using my royalties?

Yes, where your account has sufficient available royalty funds.

If eligible, your renewal fee can be deducted from your available royalty balance rather than requiring a separate payment.

If your available royalty balance is insufficient to cover the renewal, you may complete the renewal using an available payment method.

Is there a grace period after my subscription expires?

Yes. Eligible accounts may receive a 30-day grace period following subscription expiry.

During the grace period, you should renew your subscription to keep your catalogue active and avoid distribution interruption.

Your account may have limited functionality during this period, including restrictions on submitting new releases until the subscription is renewed.

What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

If your subscription remains unpaid after the applicable grace period, your account may proceed to catalogue takedown.

Your releases may be removed from the digital stores and platforms where they were distributed through Omziki.

Once the takedown process begins, availability of your releases, account features, and distribution services may be affected.

What happens to my music during the grace period?

Your existing releases may remain available while your account is within the applicable grace period.

However, you may be unable to submit new releases until your subscription is renewed.

We strongly recommend renewing before the grace period ends to avoid your catalogue entering the takedown process.

My releases were taken down. Can I restore them after renewing?

If your catalogue has already been taken down because your subscription was not renewed, renewing your subscription does not necessarily make the releases immediately available again.

Depending on the status of the catalogue, Omziki may be able to assist with restoring eligible releases.

You may be required to provide the relevant UPC/EANs for the releases you want restored.

What happens if my account requires a higher plan?

As your account grows, your current activity, artists, releases, or features may require a higher subscription plan.

If your account no longer fits within the limits or requirements of your current plan, you may be prompted to upgrade.

Please upgrade your plan to better align with your current account requirements.

Where applicable, an available royalty balance may be applied automatically toward the required upgrade.

Can I move my catalogue to another distributor?

Yes. You may migrate your catalogue to another distributor, subject to the applicable distribution and account requirements.

Where available, you should retain your existing ISRCs and UPCs/EANs when migrating your releases. Using the existing identification codes and matching metadata can help the new distributor deliver the releases correctly and preserve continuity across supported platforms.

If your Omziki account has entered a takedown or account-deletion process, we recommend completing your catalogue migration and any eligible royalty withdrawal requests within the applicable period communicated to you.

What happens to my account after the grace period?

If the subscription is not renewed within the applicable grace period, Omziki may proceed with account restrictions, catalogue takedown, and other account actions in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Where an account has entered a scheduled deletion process, temporary access may be provided to allow the account holder to complete eligible actions, such as catalogue migration and withdrawal of available royalties, before deletion is finalized.

Once account deletion is completed, access to the account and associated services may no longer be available.

Important

To avoid disruption to your catalogue:

  1. Keep your Omziki subscription active.
  2. Renew before the grace period ends.
  3. Keep your account information and payment details up to date.
  4. Use your available royalty balance for renewal where eligible.
  5. If migrating your catalogue, retain your existing ISRCs and UPCs/EANs.
