Audible Magic’s B2B music licensing service provides sub-licenses to platforms and services that operate subscription on-demand streaming services and/or a la carte music download platforms/services. 

This channel will sub-license your content to the following approved partners as defined in the following list: 

• JPay provides communication and entertainment services to incarcerated persons in certain correctional facilities based in the United States. JPay offers the Download Service which is made available to incarcerated persons via specialist hardware tablet devices and in-prison kiosks. 
• ViaPath Technologies (formerly known as Global Tel*Link Corporation (GTL)) also provides communication and entertainment services to incarcerated persons in certain correctional facilities based in the United States. ViaPath offers a Download Service and a Subscription Service which is made available to incarcerated persons via specialist hardware tablet devices and in-prison kiosks. Please note that Merlin has initially only approved the Download Service with respect to Viapath, but may extend this approval to include the Subscription Service. 
• Keefe Group is a supplier of food, electronics, clothing, and technology products to correctional facilities based in the United States. Keefe Group provides media players to correctional facilities which are pre-loaded with tracks. Inmates are then able to use the Download Service to purchase music downloads.  
• Turnkey Corrections provide touchscreen kiosks in correctional facilities in the United States which enable inmates to purchase music devices such as MP3 players. The purchase of an MP3 player allows the inmate to access Turnkey’s Download Service to purchase music downloads.  
• Broadtime.com is a retail marketing provider, building websites and in-store interactive music kiosks for retailers. Broadtime.com works with independent record stores in the United States to provide websites and kiosks which provide the Download Service.
